Wollo-Ride

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering your phone number or using Wollo Ride, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Wollo Ride.

3. Identification and Account Security

• Wollo Ride Passenger does not use passwords. Access is granted by providing a valid phone number.
• Users are identified solely by their phone number. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must keep your phone number secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• COMMUNICATION CONSENT: By providing your phone number, you explicitly agree that Wollo Ride may send you SMS or push notifications related to your ride requests, driver arrival, and account security.

4. Platform Nature

Wollo Ride is a technology platform connecting passengers with independent third-party drivers. We do not provide transportation services and are not a transportation carrier. Drivers are not employees of Wollo Ride.

5. No User History

To ensure simplicity and privacy, the app does not store or display a history of your past rides. Each ride request is treated as a new session.

6. User Conduct

You agree to remain at the pickup location once a driver is assigned. Failure to show up or abusive behavior toward drivers will result in your phone number being blocked from the platform.

Users must treat drivers with respect. Any form of harassment, illegal activity, or damage to the driver's vehicle may result in immediate suspension from the platform.

7. Payments and Fares

• Fares are calculated based on parameters including distance, time, and service type.
• Final fares are confirmed upon completion of the ride.
• You agree to pay the driver the amount specified by the app at the end of the trip.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations are currently free of charge, but Wollo Ride reserves the right to implement a cancellation fee policy in the future or block users who exhibit abusive cancellation patterns.

9. Account Deletion

You have the right to terminate your account and delete your data at any time. Because we do not use passwords, account deletion is completed securely through an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered phone number. You can initiate this process instantly via the "Request Account Deletion" link provided below or in the mobile application.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wollo Ride is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any issues arising from the conduct of independent drivers. Use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
